Welcome to Prism Frames (art.prismframes.linkpc.net). By accessing our website and commissioning artwork, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Commission Process

Consultation: Every project begins with a consultation via WhatsApp or Email. A quote is provided based on the complexity, size, and materials requested.

Approval: Work begins only after the client approves the digital mockup or conceptual design.

2. Payment Terms

• Deposits: We may require a non-refundable deposit before beginning production on bespoke pieces.
• Final Payment: Full payment is required before the physical artwork is shipped or delivered.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on custom requirements and material costs.

3. Customization & Accuracy

Each piece is crafted using a multi-layered construction technique.

Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate references and approving designs during the consultation phase.

4. Intellectual Property

Artist Rights: Prism Frames retains the rights to artistic techniques and original designs. We may display completed work in our gallery (excluding personal images) unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Client Content: If a client provides logos or images, they confirm they have the rights to use them.

5. Shipping & Liability

While we use premium materials (Acrylic, Glass, Stainless Steel), Prism Frames is not liable for damage caused by improper hanging, environmental exposure, or third-party shipping once the item leaves our studio.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started, except in cases of clear manufacturing defects.
